Overview
This document outlines the McLaren Extended Service Plan you have purchased.
The services within this plan must be performed by McLaren-authorised retailers in accordance with the terms and conditions defined herein and authorised by Car Care Plan Ltd.
The McLaren Extended Service Plan is sold via the McLaren Retailer Network and administered by Car Care Plan Ltd on behalf of McLaren Automotive Ltd.
This service plan does not affect your legal rights under the vehicle purchase agreement with the selling authorised McLaren retailer.
The benefits McLaren has included under the service plan are in addition to—and do not detract from—other rights and remedies you have in respect of the McLaren vehicle under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.

Service Intervals
The McLaren vehicle requires a service every 12 months or 9,000 miles (15,000 km), whichever occurs first.
The vehicle is equipped with a service indicator that will alert you when a service is due. McLaren Automotive recommends that you arrange for servicing by an authorised McLaren retailer at your earliest convenience.
The McLaren Extended Service Plan covers the cost of services as detailed in the Welcome Letter. It is recommended to have these services performed within the specified guidelines.
McLaren recommends that you make the vehicle available for servicing as soon as possible after the service due date. To ensure an accurate maintenance record, services should ideally be completed within 30 days or 1,000 miles (1,600 km) of the service due date. Failure to comply with McLaren’s service schedules may invalidate other McLaren products, such as the McLaren Qualified/Certified Pre-Owned Warranty, McLaren Extended Warranty, or McLaren Extended Service Contracts.
McLaren recommends that all servicing, maintenance, and care of the vehicle be carried out in accordance with the McLaren Extended Service Plan Maintenance Schedule by an authorised McLaren retailer using genuine McLaren parts, or parts that meet the quality and specification (including but not limited to compatibility, performance, reliability, and durability) of the original parts.
Authorised McLaren retailers employ trained technicians, use the correct equipment, and utilise genuine McLaren parts to ensure your vehicle operates at its maximum potential. McLaren disclaims any liability under the McLaren Extended Service Plan for servicing or maintenance carried out by a third party (other than an authorised McLaren retailer) or for servicing carried out using inferior parts, or for any defects or damage caused by such parts.
Replacement service parts fitted during Extended Service Plan maintenance are covered under McLaren’s 2 year fitted parts warranty (subject to failure). If any non-approved accessories or parts have been fitted to the vehicle since manufacture and must be removed to perform scheduled maintenance, the labour costs associated with removing such accessories or parts cannot be claimed under the McLaren Extended Service Plan.
Please refer to the Welcome Letter for specific details, including the applicable years of your service plan.
