
After a thrilling inaugural season in 2023, McLaren’s single-make race series returns this year, with more Artura Trophy cars and ultra-competitive track action

Inspired by the team’s unrivalled heritage, while also symbolising a new approach on the track, McLaren Racing’s livery for the 2024 Formula 1 season is as spectacular as ever. The team will now race in a striking new design, incorporating elements of papaya, anthracite and chrome – all inspired by McLaren’s rich motor racing heritage.

Sixty years after legendary engineer and driver Bruce McLaren founded his racing team, a very special piece of art has been unveiled at the McLaren Technology Centre (MTC). Painted over a five-month period by Hungarian artist Anton Molnar.

McLaren is making a sensational return to the 24-hour endurance race, almost 30 years since its maiden victory in 1995.

The 1990s were another extraordinary decade for McLaren, not least because a new road car division grew out of the racing team, deploying the expertise and design principals that had won McLaren so many world titles over the years.
